Frequently Asked Questions:

What kind of wax do you use to make your wax melts?
We use a blend of Paraffin and Soy wax.
What kind of warmer is best to melt your wax melts?
Our wax melts well in most different types of warmers, but we have found that 24 Watt warmers perform the best.
How long does your wax need to cure?
A 2-week cure time is recommended. The longer it sits the better it gets.
What is the best way to store your wax?
We package all of our wax in poly-propylene bags. Therefore, there is no need to re-bag your wax when it gets to you. As far as storing large quantities of wax, it's best to store it in an airtight plastic container with like scents grouped together.
What is your turn around time for shipping?
Our current turn around time is 5-7 business days.
My tracking info shows that my package was delivered but I never got it, what now?
First, check with everyone living at your residence to make sure your package hasn't been misplaced. Next, check with any neighbors that could've mistakenly received your package. If neither of those turn up, I'd suggest waiting another day, as with the high delivery volume these days, there've been more frequent tracking errors. Finally, if you've tried all this and still no package, I'd suggest you take it up with your local post office and see if they can offer any info about the package's whereabouts. Unfortunately, porch pirates are a common issue and once the package has left our hands, we have zero control. We are not responsible for stolen goods. Although we are more than happy to help you file a  claim for items lost in transit.
I placed one order, then went back and placed another. Will you combine my shipping?
We sure will, as long as the orders were placed within 24 hours of one another.
